Returns:
All purchases come with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the product for a full refund, less cost of Shipping and Handling. Customer pays shipping on all returns. All orders that were shipped free will be charged a $5 fee to cover original shipping & handling cost incurred by Xessory.com. The product must be in its original packaging and in excellent condition to qualify for a full refund. Items missing packaging or damaged packaging will incur a $3 fee. All credits will be issued after the receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please email us at sales @ xessory.com.
Please note Ear Buds, Headsets, Bluetooth Headsets and other hands free devices you wear on your head or in your ear are not returnable due to health and sanitary concerns. If a hands free ear bud or headset is defective, we will replace it with the same exact unit.
Software and Data Cables can not be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
Exchange:
If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement as soon as we receive the original product. We will pay UPS Ground or US Postal Service shipping of the original product and send you the replacement at no charge. No exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number.
